Applied for and got the state contract for Supplemental Educational Services.
Other grants have included performing arts and administrative help for summer camp,
scholarships for kids to attend summer camp, buy computers
Professional Development
English Professional Writing workshops for the Hispanic staff (and others as needed)
of the Legal Aid offices
Staff Training
Trained staff of Day Care Center and of Afterschool Program in team building skills,
ethical decision making, implementing and maintaining safety and security policies;
Life Skills training for residents of half way house
Organization Design
Designed successful organizations for Summer Camps and Afterschool programs.
